Questionnaire design default settings implemented

When adding a new question page to your project in questfox the tool now remembers the graphical setting of your last definition for radio-buttons, checkboxes, next and back buttons, backgrounds and all their mouse-over effects. Doesn’t sound like much, but you will save a lot of time with that little background feature.

Use the Project Characteristics (soon to be re-named Settings) and define those items.
