The CREATE section is now up-to-date and more than competitive in terms of technology and usability.
A bunch of wizards helps you to create questionnaires much quicker than before.
questfox remains one of the most powerful tools in the MR industry. Just access to settings has been re-defined.
All the specific settings can be found nowadays under the settings button in each section.
The INVITE Section received some major functionality updates. More connections to social media portals are integrated as some more professional market research companies have been directly integrated. The connection to Salesforce called crmfox is a major reason to use questfox. Some functions in sending and tracking invitation emails have been improved. Design of emails can now be done in HTML.
The REPORT Section received a clean-up concentrating on 4 major tasks that our users perform. In the year 2014 users will experience some more changes in this section.
A major improvement is the new and freshly formatted EXCEL-Export, which now comes with full formatted reports in the most recent XLS format.
In the next weeks questfox users will experience some more graphical improvements, which will be integrated little by little.

The content of projects is permanently synchronized. On that day all image content will be transfered to the new system and can be used. Looking forward for that big questfox day.

Sometimes you want to save your projects as a template outside your actual environment.
A second project space serves as your backup for programmed surveys.
Also the GDPR (DSGVO) rules require a Data Protection statement and an imprint. Both can be defined on the project space level for all the projects inside one project space.
Serious Excel Export integrated in questfox

The standard XLS export publishes three spreadsheets containing a short field report, all the data gathering with interviews and a variable description spreadsheet. The overall process now takes less time and offers you a very quick approach to your data. We will continue working on the design. In the future additional and personal design will be possible for professional users.
HTML emails with questfox tracking opening rate and click rate inside of questfox now

From today on, some users might want to save the money for these additional tools as questfox is able to track the opening rate of an email send out with questfox. The response rate (the click on the link) always was measured inside of questfox.
This option allows more controlling and help to figure out which invitation campaign was more successful.Hoping this phantastic features helps you saving money while improving the reach to your target group.

New questfox 2014 admin stage in beta test: questfox users can just join and give feedback

Just before the end of the year we launched a beta test with the support of selected users. After the first feedback loops we already improved a lot of features. There is still a lot of work going on, but the test is already possible with your orginal data.
questfox users can login under http://test.questfox.com/admin and access all their projects already in a completely refined design.
We are aware of the shocking effect of complete re-designs but we promise that you will love the new design which is supposed to make your projects more efficient and more fun.

Questionnaire design default settings implemented

Doesn’t sound like much, but you will save a lot of time with that little background feature.
Use the Project Characteristics (soon to be re-named Settings) and define those items.
Net Promoter Score now implemented in questfox with automated graphical output

The NPS is an additional option to the settings of a semantic differential.
In a perfect world the scale ranges from 0 to 10, where 0 to 6 are considered to be so called detractors, while 9 and 10 are the promoters. The NPS is the substraction of detractors from promoters and shows a percentage of how many people are actually supporting the brand (net promoters).
We used this in a recent study about the willingness to recommend the German goverment to others.
When using the setting NPS on this scale questfox automatically performs the NPS calculation providing the following graphic.
questfox is now able to calculate these not very complicated things live based on your defined question.
Just click on the Net Promoter Score selection box under Visualization to let questfox perform the output calculation.
